How do you do that stuff with the speech bubbles? That's so rad!

There's a good amount of effects and a couple assets I tossed in to make them lol. The left bubble is a gradient, then a tones layer with another gradient, then a copy of that tones layer with another gradient and shifted over. All the sparkles were handmade by putting one sparkle down, rotating it, then copy pasting it and putting an outline effect on. The right bubble is another gradient, but there's a scanline effect going through and a diagonal grid under it. Then the diagonal grid is just filled in for a few boxes to get the pattern right.
